Janie wants real love, and to be happy, and someone to care about her unconditionally, and not just for money . Janie was unhappy with her marriage to logan because she was forced into it because he grandmother wanted her to marry into a wealthy family so she wont have to worry about her after she leaves home.
Janie just wants happiness . janie noy happy with logan so she leaves her husband , and marries joe because he told her would love her
